This Irish Breakfast tea is a bold and full-bodied tea which makes a brisk, malty brew. It is most often blended of several black teas but prominently using premium tea from the Assam region. Most commonly in Ireland it is drunk with milk, but some prefer to drink it straight or with lemon.
